Between 2010 and 2025, the property underwent extensive maintenance and numerous major renovations, both inside and out, ensuring impeccable condition and full modernization of the residence.

The paving stones and walkway were sanded and cleaned, the yard regraded and leveled, stepping stones repositioned, flower beds cleaned and refreshed with geotextile and mulch, and new front and backyard lawns installed.
A balcony guardrail was added, the garage door motor was restored, the exterior water valve replaced, and the hinges on the door connecting the house to the garage were adjusted for self-closing functionality.
The backyard was completely landscaped, including a paved pathway around the pool, a decorative water fountain, and detailed landscaping throughout.
